Seneca Consulting Group keeps this site intentionally small. This policy explains what we collect when you contact us, why we use it, and the choices available to you.

If you submit the contact form, we receive the details you enter, such as your name, email address, company, project context, and message. If you book a consultation, we may also receive scheduling details needed to confirm the meeting.
Please do not send credentials, payment card details, regulated records, or other sensitive information through this public site.

- To schedule, prepare for, and follow up on consultations.
- To maintain the security and reliability of this website.
- To keep internal records needed to operate a professional business relationship.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate the site, communicate with you, or schedule a meeting, and only as needed for those purposes. We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated advertising lists.
We retain correspondence and business records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage an engagement, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifying details where practical.
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information that we no longer need to retain. Some records may need to be kept for legal, security, or accounting reasons.
